If your healthcare plan requires a deductible be met before benefits are paid, you will be required to pay 50% of your total charges at your office visit when you check out. You will be billed for any balance once your insurance has processed the claim. If there has been an overpayment, we will refund you the difference. If your health insurance plan does not require a deductible, we will continue to collect your copayment at check in as usual.

How: We are hosting a Rummage and Baked Goods sale!

When: Saturday, May 10, 2014

Where: 11835 Fishing Point Drive (the event will take place in the parking lot)

This event will include gently used clothes, shoes, toys and household accessories as well as homemade baked goods all at an affordable price.

100% of all proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.
